Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to manage our finance office in Ashburton. As part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the smooth running of financial processes, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
About the Role:
- Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- This is a full-time position with 9am - 5pm working hours
- You will have access to free parking and office facilities
- We offer pension and sick pay schemes
- You will receive 28 days annual leave
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable
- You will supervise and support a part-time credit controller and administrator
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
Requirements:
- You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- You should possess strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
