Job Description
The Senior Business Development Coordinator will work as part of the Enterprise Client Solutions team to support business development bids activity and marketing initiatives for the EMEA Occupier Services team. This is a hands-on role requiring a collaborative approach, creative design skills, and strong team working ability. The role will be based in Prague with occasional regional travel required.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Bids Manager in business teams' formal and informal pitching activities, presentations, and provide guidance on best practice.
- Support the Head of ECS with commercial solution design.
- Develop a full understanding of Colliers' brand, capability, coverage, and ethos to tailor bids material to clients' needs.
- Prepare marketing collateral, including brochures, newsletters, e-marketing, etc.
- Work closely with the Head of Enterprise Client Solutions and the Bids Manager on EMEA Occupier Services projects as they arise.
Qualifications
- Ability to work proactively and on own initiative.
- Excellent time and project management skills: ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects to a high standard.
- High level of attention to detail, including excellent proofreading skills.
- Proficient in PowerPoint.
- Basic InDesign skills beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Focused on delivering the best service to the business.
- Must be a real team player who is able to collaborate well and give and carry out instructions.
- IT literate (Microsoft Office products).
