Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Department Head to join our team at one of our flagship stores. As a Department Head, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customer service is of the highest standard at all times.
    • Be a role model for your team and the company in terms of service standards.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Store Operations
    • Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
    • Manage stock levels, visual merchandising, and store maintenance to ensure a high-quality shopping environment.
  • Performance Management
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement plans to address any issues and improve sales performance.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Proven experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in a luxury or fashion-forward brand.
  • Skills
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
