Job Description: Continuous Improvement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at Permanent Futures. In this role, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, with a focus on manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, change management, and leadership. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $100,000 to $130,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and track progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of process improvements and metrics.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in process improvement or change management.
  • Strong knowledge of lean principles and methodologies.
