About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team at Forseven. As a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and resilience of our vehicles against cyber-attacks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cybersecurity Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity plans for assigned vehicle components, ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements.
  • System Design and Review: Lead the creation of Technical Architecture Requirements, Cybersecurity Concepts, Vulnerability Analysis, and Architecture Design, ensuring the security and integrity of our vehicle systems.
  • Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers and technical partners to ensure the implementation of cybersecurity measures and monitor progress against the Cybersecurity Implementation Action Plan.
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct system reviews, verification, and validation activities, including functional tests, penetration testing, and other tests throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise junior team members and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of cybersecurity projects.
Requirements
  • Cybersecurity Expertise: Broad experience in cybersecurity, computer science, or automotive engineering, with a strong understanding of systems engineering and software development methodologies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Experience working within an ISO21434 compliant Cybersecurity Management Systems (CSMS) or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with vehicle network technologies such as CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet, and Bluetooth, as well as common ECU security measures such as SecOC, Secure Boot, Secure Flashing, and UDS Security.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead or support several vehicle security testing techniques and foster good working relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers/partners.
