We are seeking an experienced People Partner who will work closely with our HR team to deliver our people agenda in the Retail directorate. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of employment law and experience in resolving ER cases professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage ER cases in a timely and professional manner, ensuring they are resolved in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Partner with the Director of Retail and senior Retail team on strategic matters.
  • Deliver our people agenda in the Retail directorate, including talent management and development.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience as a People Partner or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and experience of practical application.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
