The Retail Partnership Ltd is seeking a Global People Development Specialist to develop and implement a commercially focused people strategy. This role will involve partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver talent and performance management processes, learning and development initiatives, and employee well-being programmes.

Main Tasks
  • Develop, influence, and implement the HR Road map to drive business growth.
  • Partner with leaders and managers to deliver talent management processes, including succession planning, identifying skills gaps, and developing career pathways.
  • Coaching managers on setting KPIs and driving performance appraisals to ensure effective delivery.
  • Managing and creating value-adding reward and recognition programmes.
  • Driving employee engagement through surveys, analysis, and action plans in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Embedding a culture of personal development through devising and delivering training opportunities.
  • Supporting all areas of recruitment, reviewing the onboarding process to ensure effective integration and retention.
  • Guiding managers and teams on HR issues, updating HR policies and procedures.

Salary: £62,000 - £82,000 per annum.
