Job Title: Emea Trade Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Emea Trade Marketing Manager to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies across the Emea region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promotional Management:
    • Develop and manage sales promotion programs across Emea, including B2B and B2C initiatives.
  • Product Launches:
    • Lead the development of trade and marketing toolkits for new product launches, ensuring all elements from POS to digital assets are ready in advance.
  • Cross-Functional Projects:
    • Support cross-departmental projects by leading or participating in project teams, ensuring alignment and effective execution.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Manage and mentor Marketing and Trade Operations Executives, fostering growth, setting clear goals, and overseeing workflow.
  • Brand Champion:
    • Act as a brand advocate within the organization, collaborating with central brand managers on strategic initiatives and regional brand projects.
Requirements:
  • Experience in project management, promotional strategy, and team leadership is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
