Job Title: Trade Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trade Marketing Manager to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies across EMEA, including B2B and B2C initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promotional Management: Develop and manage sales promotion programs across EMEA, including B2B and B2C initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams to create toolkits, manage regional campaigns, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Product Launches: Lead the development of trade and marketing toolkits for new product launches, ensuring all elements from POS to digital assets are ready in advance.
  • Cross-Functional Projects: Support cross-departmental projects by leading or participating in project teams, ensuring alignment and effective execution.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor Marketing and Trade Operations Executives, fostering growth, setting clear goals, and overseeing workflow.
  • Brand Champion: Act as a brand advocate within the organization, collaborating with central brand managers on strategic initiatives and regional brand projects.

  • A self-motivated, hands-on professional with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communicator who can simplify and convey strategic direction effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing both internal and external stakeholders confidently.
  • Experience in project management, promotional strategy, and team leadership is highly desirable.
