Trade Marketing Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Trade Marketing Coordinator to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a Trade Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of trade marketing programs and driving business growth within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the internal Creative team to develop brand visuals for the EMEA portfolio.
  • Manage and track brand artwork requests from local markets, liaising with external agencies to localize central master artworks and provide final print files to markets.
  • Collect relevant information from various departments for each project/tool and create the necessary sales tools.
  • Communicate and share sales tools with commercial teams, contributing to portfolio development and growth for local field sales teams.
  • Maintain and update internal Marketing and Operations handbooks, guidelines, and process overviews as required.
  • Oversee the smooth running of the internal team storage facility on SharePoint.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a marketing or trade operations role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design software is a plus.
  • A creative mindset and an understanding of marketing concepts will be beneficial.
