Job Description

Role Overview

The Advocate Group is seeking a highly motivated and organized Trade Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing and trade operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of trade marketing programs and driving business growth within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the internal Creative team to develop brand visuals for the EMEA portfolio, including brand artworks, POS suites, pack shots, sell-in decks, NPD presenter boxes, web banners, videos, and in-store activation concepts.
  • Proactively gather knowledge about the product pipeline to prepare brand and trade toolkits in advance, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of sales tools to commercial teams.
  • Maintain and update internal Marketing and Operations handbooks, guidelines, and process overviews as required, ensuring seamless team administration and smooth running of the internal team storage facility on SharePoint.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a marketing or trade operations role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design software.
  • A creative mindset and an understanding of marketing concepts.
