We are seeking a highly skilled Class 2 Driver to join our team at Mane Contract Services. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of equipment and supplies.
Key Responsibilities- Fulfill tasks allocated by the Vehicle Coordinator and other tasks reasonably directed by the Logistics Manager or their line management.
- Respond to requests and requirements of the contract and customer.
- Support the safe and organized storage and movement of equipment related to delivery of the LFB Training Programme and related activities of the business.
- Provide logistics support during operational hours of the contract and occasional out-of-hours.
- Move equipment, supplies, and vehicles between locations as required.
- Support the recording and monitoring of equipment numbers and locations.
- Provide support to maintain preparedness of equipment, property, and vehicles required to support the business needs.
- Provide support for logistics administration and management in their absence.
- Support other departments, including Contract Support, Site Maintenance, and Training, as needed.
- Carry out personal training as agreed with or directed by your Line Manager or Senior Management.
- Class 2 Driver qualification.
- Ability to work in a professional training environment.
- Competencies required for working in a professional training environment.
- Ability to learn and use existing and new technology to support business needs.
