About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in the solar energy market.

Your mission will be to:

  • Identify and seize sales opportunities in alignment with our strategic objectives.
  • Forge and nurture strong partnerships with solar distribution networks, strategic clients, and installers.
  • Drive revenue growth through insightful sales forecasts and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Keep the customer database in shipshape condition, ensuring precise and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with product management to shape our product line-up for the residential and small commercial markets.
  • Contribute to crafting marketing strategies and product positioning tailored to the territory.
  • Represent our vision, values, and innovation prowess at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of at least 3+ years in solar sales, coupled with a history of achieving market share growth.
  • Delve into the intricacies of our SolarEdge product line and convey technical nuances to potential customers.
  • Showcase your prowess in identifying, negotiating, and sealing the deal, with a knack for cultivating new relationships while nurturing existing ones.
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment, and flourish amidst growth.
  • Fluent in English, with a willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally overseas.
  • Possess an insatiable hunger for success, a hands-on approach, and an unwavering can-do spirit.
