About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as Chief Officer of Healthwatch Wakefield. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization and delivering high-quality services to our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational delivery and service impact of Healthwatch Wakefield, ensuring efficient operations and effective community engagement.
  • Provide leadership over various teams and functions, including engagement with volunteers, research projects, and advocacy.
  • Direct line management responsibility for around seven staff.
