Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Conduct a thorough review of the company's business operations to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Budget Management: Collaborate with the Group Managing Director and Financial Director to set and deliver on sales and expense budgets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary representative for the company, building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and manage senior management teams, ensuring that the company's strategic goals are aligned.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality across all operations, ensuring the company's reputation for excellence is maintained.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all operations meet relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of experience in senior management, with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability within a manufacturing and distribution environment. You should have strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire senior management teams, and a hands-on approach that ensures both strategic goals and operational efficiencies are achieved. You will be a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, capable of making sound decisions that balance immediate operational needs with long-term growth objectives. Your leadership style should be people-centric, fostering a positive and productive work culture that drives team engagement and performance.
