  • Provide leadership over various teams and functions, including engagement with volunteers, research projects, and advocacy.
  • Direct line management responsibility for around seven staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and community engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership position, preferably in a healthcare or community setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
