Job Title: Chief Officer

Job Summary:

Spectrum Community Health CIC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Officer to lead the operational delivery and service impact of Healthwatch Wakefield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, effective community engagement, and compliance with contractual obligations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operational delivery and service impact of Healthwatch Wakefield
  • Ensure efficient operations and effective community engagement
  • Comply with contractual obligations
  • Lead various teams and functions, including engagement with volunteers, research projects, and advocacy
  • Direct line management responsibility for around seven staff
