About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Internal Recruiter to join our Sales & Operations Talent Team, managing entry- mid level attraction campaigns across Europe.

As an Internal Recruiter, you will be responsible for providing multiple 360 recruitment services to our Global stakeholders, leading exploration meetings, and managing attraction campaigns.

You will also be expected to liaise with cross-functional partners, utilize business and market data to inform effective business decisions, and stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 360 recruitment services to Global stakeholders
  • Lead exploration meetings and manage attraction campaigns
  • Liaise with cross-functional partners to deliver successful recruitment and onboarding campaigns
  • Utilize business and market data to inform effective business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter in an Agency, Inhouse, or Consultancy setting
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the recruitment cycle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong IT navigation and application skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
