About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Internal Recruiter to join our Sales & Operations Talent Team, managing entry- mid level attraction campaigns across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide multiple 360 recruitment services to our Global stakeholders
  • Lead exploration meetings to gain insight into specific requirements and adapt campaigns
  • Manage attraction campaigns, applying direct sourcing and engagement techniques to increase brand and role awareness
  • Liaise with cross-functional partners to deliver fast, positive, and successful recruitment and onboarding campaigns
  • Utilize business and market data to inform effective business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, candidate engagement, and competitors
  • Support the successful delivery of recruitment targets as a flexible team member
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter in an Agency, Inhouse, or Consultancy setting
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the recruitment cycle and effective application
  • Excellent communication skills, building rapport quickly and effectively with candidates, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with agility in realigning swiftly
  • Strong IT navigation and application skills, including CRM & ATS systems, Google, and Microsoft Office
  • Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a team-focused mindset
