The Role:

Reporting to the Recruitment Marketing & Employer Brand Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to design and implement strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Planning regional talent attraction campaigns, crafting persuasive proposals for hiring managers, and obtaining their endorsement prior to launching effective lead generation efforts.
  • Developing impactful marketing materials and creating engaging content that highlights our unique opportunities and employer brand.
  • Assisting with various recruitment marketing activities as needed, elevating Avantor's employer brand to new levels.

To qualify for this position, you must provide a link to your portfolio showcasing your work in copywriting, design, video, and other content projects.

Desired Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, marketing, or a related discipline is required, or 5 years of relevant work experience.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a marketing or creative role supporting advertising campaigns and social media content creation.

Certifications: Google Analytics Individual Qualification is mandatory.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience in recruitment marketing for a global organization.
  • Knowledge of global advertising networks such as AdSense and Nexus Ads.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms like HubSpot.
  • Proficiency in social media management software (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
  • Experience with employee advocacy tools (e.g., Bambu, GaggleAMP, Amplify).
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Phenom).

Skills and Expertise:

  • Comprehensive understanding of digital and traditional marketing strategies, best practices, and channels (print, website, social media, etc.).
  • Experience with paid social media advertising platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, and X.
  • Knowledge of advertising campaign best practices, metrics, processes, and audience-level concepts.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, managing Google Display ads, Paid Search, UTM tag strategies, and other GA functionalities.
  • Familiarity with geofencing and general prospecting tools.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Creative content development skills in text, image, and video formats.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to engage in strategic and tactical discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Active listening skills to ensure comprehension of customer objectives.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Create marketing materials and develop authentic digital content.
  • Support hiring initiatives by planning and executing advertising campaigns across various channels.
  • Provide innovative solutions to meet hiring goals.
  • Assist with the internal enablement system and fulfill tactical requests.
  • Maintain Avantor's employer review sites and other digital platforms.
  • Support employee advocacy initiatives.
  • Share recruitment marketing best practices with TA partners through online training and collaborative sessions.
  • Stay informed on advertising strategies, social media tools, digital marketing, and recruitment marketing products and platforms.
  • Provide strategic and project support as needed for daily operations.
