Community Support Specialist for Children's Fundraising

We're seeking a skilled professional to help drive fundraising efforts for the National Trust in the South West. As part of our internal consultancy, you'll work with a multidisciplinary team to develop guidance and strategies for on-site fundraising, leading for great service, and recruiting members.
Your contractual place of work will be at the National Trust office near Exeter, but you'll have flexibility in balancing office and home working. You should expect to visit National Trust sites in Devon for approximately 40-60% of your working week.
Key responsibilities include developing guidance for colleagues, helping them find creative ways to meet national targets, and contributing to individual business plans at National Trust sites. You'll also design and run training programs to build local teams' confidence and capability.
The ideal candidate will be a leader for great service, able to inspire colleagues to deliver exceptional experiences and grow support for the Trust's cause. They'll have experience in developing high-performing teams and individuals through coaching, mentoring, and training.
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
