Service Manager Role Overview

St Michael's Fellowship is seeking a qualified social worker to fill a Service Manager position at one of our family residential assessment centres.

Key Responsibilities:

To take on the role of Ofsted Registered Manager of Crawford House and oversee the assessment and support services based at the centre.

To effectively lead and manage the staff team, fostering a collaborative environment and empowering staff contributions to team discussions, decision-making, and day-to-day work.

To assume overall responsibility for the centre, encompassing practice, administrative, and financial aspects.

To create and maintain a safe learning environment within the service.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Qualified social worker
  • Proven leadership and management experience
  • Ability to create a safe and supportive environment
  • Capacity to lead and manage a staff team
