Creative Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to join our Marketing and Communications team on a fixed-term contract.
This role is pivotal within our 10-member team, covering brand management, digital and print design, PR, social media, and more.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality print and digital designs, ensuring projects are completed on time and align with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading design projects from concept to completion, working with clients to meet briefs while maintaining adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborating with stakeholders, presenting creative ideas and working through revisions to meet expectations.
- Staying up-to-date with new design techniques, including animation, to enhance and diversify Jewish Care's content output.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in both print and digital design.
- Proven ability to manage projects from concept to completion, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with animation tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present creative ideas to clients and stakeholders.
Jewish Care operates a rolling recruitment process and reserves the right to close the advert once a suitable candidate has been identified. The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
