Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lead Art Educator to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Art Teacher to take on a leadership role and inspire the next generation of artists.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching KS3 and KS4 Art, guiding students to explore their creativity and express their artistic talents. The school boasts a collaborative team and a highly supportive environment making it the perfect place for both experienced teachers and ECTs with QTS to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach KS3 and KS4 Art classes
  • Develop and implement engaging art curriculum
  • Provide guidance and support to students
  • Mentor and train junior staff members
Requirements
  • Proven experience teaching Art at KS3 & KS4
  • QTS required
  • Legal right to work in the UK
What We Offer
