We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Retail Supervisor. As a key member of our shop team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the management of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all customers.
  • Assist with the management of stock, including receiving deliveries and maintaining a tidy and organized store environment.
  • Support the team in completing daily and weekly routines, ensuring the store is clean and tidy at all times.
  • Operate the tills, handle cash, and process transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.50, guaranteed 35 hours of pay per week, and a range of benefits, including a Retail Team Leader level 3 apprenticeship standard qualification and opportunities for career progression.
