Job Title: Apprentice Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Apprentice Supervisor to join our team at Naylor's Equestrian Llp. As an Apprentice Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Management team in making our store a great place to shop and work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Management team in leading and motivating a high-performing team of colleagues.
  • Support a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring our store teams deliver service that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Support colleagues through internal development programs to support future talent and career pathways.
  • Uphold a store that is safe and compliant operating environment for all colleagues and customers.
  • Deliver financial results in line with or in excess of company targets.
  • Duty manage and take responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store or Department Manager.
Requirements:
  • Great role model who supports colleagues by mentoring and sharing knowledge to build stronger teams.
  • Clear, confident, and motivational communicator with excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
  • At least 1 year supervision experience, preferably in a similar format of retail.
  • Experience of effectively prioritizing and delegating workload to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • A passion for customer service and a proven record of delivering excellence in this area.
  • Knowledge of local market trends, competitor activity, and the ability to identify local community growth opportunities to their Store Manager.
