Early Years Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team in East London. As a key member of our Early Years department, you will be working closely with our experienced teachers to provide high-quality education and support to our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting teachers in the delivery of phonics, reading, writing, and maths sessions
  • Assisting with the planning and preparation of lessons
  • Providing individual support to students with SEN needs, including Autism and Downs Syndrome
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • University degree from a reputable institution
  • Good understanding of the Early Years curriculum
  • Ability to inspire young minds and work collaboratively with teachers and students
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
