About the Opportunity
Leidos is seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team in delivering work packages for our prestigious automotive customers.
As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing cost/contract, schedule, and technical performance across the program lifecycle, ensuring that all technical contractual requirements are met and that the approved plans are followed.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for tracking technical, schedule, and cost performance measures (TPMs, SPMs, and CPMs), assessing engineering performance against the contract and upholding effective change management to prevent deviation from the original scope.
Your Background
You have some experience in delivering projects or task work packages, ideally in the Automotive sector, but we would encourage applicants from all engineering/ manufacturing/ automation backgrounds.
You are a great communicator, able to coordinate internal and external stakeholders and work with customers and suppliers, and are confident in presenting and reporting project updates.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this role is estimated at £42,000 to £58,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
