Deputy Property Manager Job Description

Pinnacle Group is seeking a highly skilled Deputy Property Manager to join our Residential Property Management team. As a key member of our team, you will assist the Property Manager in providing a comprehensive block management service for a portfolio of properties in South London and South East London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Property Manager in ensuring annual Service Charge accounts are created, approved by clients, and issued to leaseholders.
  • Monitor payment of contractors and ensure invoices are processed promptly.
  • Respond to leaseholder/resident enquiries (phone, email, face to face).
  • Instruct contractors for repair works and verify contractor work completed to specification.
  • Arrange periodic health and safety assessments/inspections (e.g. lifts, plant, machinery, water, and fire) and discharge any resulting actions.
Requirements:
  • Property/block management experience.
  • Microsoft Office 365, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
