Deputy Property Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Deputy Property Manager to join our team at Talent Staffing. As a key member of our property management team, you will provide administrative support to the senior team and take responsibility for the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong administrative support to the senior team, including data entry, report preparation, and document management.
  • Take ownership of the office and ensure it is well-maintained and organized.
  • Conduct regular audits of estate areas and identify any issues that need to be addressed.
  • Work closely with contractors to ensure that all maintenance and repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Produce monthly reports on estate performance, including retail sales and campus footfall data.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in facilities or property management.
  • Strong administrative skills, including data entry, report preparation, and document management.
  • Well-developed IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
