About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team as Assistant National Sales Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading leisure management company, Parkwood Leisure, and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement sales strategies across approximately 17 sites to achieve sales, revenue, and net gain targets.
  • Work closely with the central sales and marketing team to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with site-based staff to deliver regular sales and membership assistant training, assessing and signing off OTE eligibility, and completing regular site sales audits.
  • Provide analysis on performance with recommendations into the operating structure to ensure a sales, retention, customer service, and accountability culture.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years' experience managing within a sales environment.
  • Experience of delivering sales training and managing activity levels, sales journeys, and delivering member net gain improvements.
  • Good knowledge and previous experience of managing and using a CRM system.
  • Previous people management experience and strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen, excellent communication and influencing skills, and a completer/finisher.
  • Good IT skills, customer focus, and experience in a pre-sales environment.
