Family Law Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join our team at Simpson Judge. As a Family Law Solicitor, you will be responsible for conducting your own caseload in divorce, financial remedy disputes, civil partnership disputes, and other related areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting your own caseload in Family Law cases
  • Providing advocacy experience in court
  • Assisting with the firm's Legal Surgery sessions and new enquiries rota
  • Working with the external advice sessions provided to local organisations
  • Experience with legal aid work and the CCMS portal is required/preferable

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Family Law, including running your own caseload
  • Advocacy experience in court
  • Good prospects of career progression for the right candidate

Benefits:

  • Market rate salary dependent on experience
  • 25 days holiday per annum, bank holidays, loyalty holiday scheme, ability to buy holidays
  • Contributory pension scheme, annual discretionary bonus scheme, non-contributory death in service benefit
