Operations Resource Specialist

As an Operations Resource Specialist at mhs homes, you will play a crucial part in the proactive and performance-driven team. Your key responsibility will be the deployment of operatives to repair and maintain our Housing Stock. You will work closely with the Senior Planner and Asset Delivery Managers to ensure a team of skilled operatives is efficiently organized. This involves experience in dealing with contractors and planning works. Key skills and qualifications include being computer literate with proficient use of Microsoft Office, having a good understanding of Health and Safety in a working environment and being able to identify risks, and having the ability to provide performance reports for KPI and SLA's for external contractors.
