The Role:

We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Global Sales to lead, mentor, and scale our sales team.

This role requires strong leadership and strategic skills to drive revenue growth and streamline sales operations.

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's growth goals.
  • Lead, manage, and develop the sales team, providing coaching and mentoring to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement sales strategies and ensure achievement of clear sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in SaaS sales leadership, preferably in fast-growing companies and B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and achieving revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and SaaS sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Compensation:

$220,000 per year, depending on experience.
