South East England, United Kingdom Clarion Housing Full time £56,434 - £66,387

We are seeking an experienced Grant Programme Coordinator to join our team at Clarion Housing. This is a fixed-term opportunity until March 2026.

As part of our Grants team, you will work on the delivery of Clarion Futures' growing portfolio of grant funds and non-financial capacity building programmes. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure appropriate governance arrangements are in place and oversee budget setting, management, and monitoring across multiple programmes.

You will lead on establishing improved portfolio data capture and reporting, including developing an internal quarterly data dashboard and introducing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) data to inform a more equitable approach to grant-making. Additionally, you will develop a new approach to cross-functional quality assurance for all grant-making activities within Clarion Futures.

The ideal candidate will have experience and understanding of the voluntary sector and community issues, with a degree-level education and expertise in end-to-end grants and programme management. You must be highly computer literate and confident in standard Microsoft packages and grant portals. Experience working in the voluntary sector is beneficial but not essential.

This role offers a competitive salary of £56,434 - £66,387 per annum pro rata, depending on your level of experience. As a hybrid worker, you will split your time between home and our office in Greater London House, with occasional travel required for meetings and events.

We value diversity and inclusivity in our workplace and welcome applications from candidates who share our commitment to creating a positive and respectful environment. We offer a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, a generous pension scheme, and a supportive and inclusive work culture.

Please review the full job description and requirements before applying. We look forward to receiving your application.
