Job Title: Senior Coordinator Education Programmes

At Brentford FC Community Sports Trust, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Education Team as a Senior Coordinator Education Programmes. This is an exciting opportunity to work with us to deliver high-quality education programmes that benefit young people in the London borough of Hounslow & Ealing.

Main Purpose of Job

We are looking for a personable and committed individual to lead and develop our key secondary school delivery. You will be responsible for designing and developing sessions and activities that will have the largest impact on young people. These programmes focus on young people who face significant barriers to learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take a lead on the development and delivery of the Premier League Inspires and Focus30 Programmes.
  • Responsible for designing and developing a high-quality programme curriculum, timetables, and session plans with clear learning objectives and achievable outcomes.
  • Establish, maintain, and develop effective partnership working with stakeholders, including relevant external agencies and organisations.
  • Complete all monitoring and evaluation using internal systems, including monthly updates to Senior Manager Education.
  • Maintain accurate records as appropriate for each project, including Risk Assessments, Registers, Session Logs, Reports, and case studies.
Requirements
  • Experience of coordination and delivery of education or training programmes in schools or equivalent education settings.
  • Experience of designing engaging lesson plans with clear learning objectives and achievable outcomes.
  • Experience of delivering 1:1 and/or group work to challenging cohorts, reluctant learners.
  • Experience of engaging with schools to create long-lasting partnerships.
  • Experience of holding strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
