Education Programme Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our Education Team as a Senior Coordinator Education Programmes Fixed-Term. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing our key secondary school delivery, designing and delivering engaging sessions and activities that benefit young people, schools, and the wider community in the London borough of Hounslow & Ealing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver the Premier League Inspires and Focus 30 programmes, ensuring high-quality content and engaging sessions for young people.
- Design and develop a comprehensive programme curriculum, timetables, and session plans with clear learning objectives and achievable outcomes.
- Establish and maintain effective partnerships with stakeholders, including schools, external agencies, and organisations.
- Monitor and evaluate programme activity, using internal systems and reporting to the Senior Manager Education.
- Support young people to access other internal and external programmes, working alongside colleagues to provide positive pathways.
- Line manage and develop the Programme Coordinator.
Key Requirements:
- Experience of coordination and delivery of education or training programmes in schools or equivalent education settings.
- Experience of designing engaging lesson plans with clear learning objectives and achievable outcomes.
- Experience of delivering 1:1 and/or group work to challenging cohorts, reluctant learners.
- Experience of engaging with schools to create long-lasting partnerships.
- Experience of holding strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
Desirable Criteria:
- Teaching Qualification Level 3/PTLLS or above.
- UKCC Level 1/2 coaching qualification or equivalent.
- Youth work or Mentoring qualification.
- Experience of working in a pastoral role in a school or other educational setting.

- Belief that all young people can achieve their potential and commitment to working with those who face barriers and challenges.
