**Role Objective**

We are looking to appoint Programme Coordinator, to effectively manage relationships with schools, colleges, training/community providers to plan, facilitate and deliver recruitment and promotional activities to maximize programme participation across Wiltshire.
- Recruiting young people to UKSF programmes & products, predominantly through in school events and community engagement.
- Working as part of the team and ensuring key performance indicators are met or exceeded.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with young people who are planning on attending UKSF youth programmes and supporting them through from start to completion of delivery.
- Establishing and/or enhancing relationships with schools/colleges and a range of stakeholders.
- Booking, coordinating, and delivering inspiring events.

**To be successful as an Programme Coordinator, you will need**:

- Experience and/or knowledge building positive relationships for youth engagements and referral partners within the local area.
- Experience in engaging with hard to reach young people
- Sales experience within a targeted environment and proven track record for achieving targets
- Experience of delivering presentations to a range of audiences
- Excellent presentation and communications skills with the ability to influence, persuade and listen to others
- Ability to relate well to young people from a wide range of backgrounds, engagement them in activities and relate sensitively and confidentially to the needs of young people, parents and their families.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,500.00-£23,500.00 per year
