About This Role:
This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clerical Officer to join our client's team in Armagh. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Children and Young Peoples Service Department.
Salary: £12.52 per hour
Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to the programme manager and team members.
- Manage records, maintain accurate data, and develop reports.
- Develop strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining files.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and action items.
Requirements:
- Hold Five GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent (including English Language or equivalent).
- Have at least 1 year's experience in a similar role, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
