About the Position

Hargate Healthcare Ltd seeks a dedicated and compassionate Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team in Warrington, Cheshire.

Key Duties
  • To work collaboratively with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the home, providing input on policy development and practice.
  • To provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members, promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
  • To participate in regular supervisions and training sessions, maintaining knowledge and skills in line with best practice and regulatory requirements.
Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will hold a relevant qualification in a field such as youth work, social work, or a related area. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
