The Operational Support Services Manager will oversee the tracking of service fleet vehicles and service hub lease compliance, liaising with external and internal stakeholders, managing databases, and generating reports to reflect business progress against company targets.

This role also involves overseeing the hiring and leasing of service-related vehicles and warehouse properties from identifying business needs to completion and ensuring building and vehicle safety compliance with external stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will need demonstrable experience in organization and administration skills across multiple database platforms, fluency in English verbally and writing, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

You will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with numerous external and internal stakeholders
  • Managing databases and generating reports for business progress
  • Overseeing the hiring and leasing of service-related vehicles and warehouse properties
  • Ensuring building and vehicle safety compliance
