Job OpportunityWe are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team, providing a high standard of care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team to deliver high-quality care.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Participate in resident activities and events, promoting social interaction and engagement.
- SVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- At least 6 months experience working as a Care Assistant or equivalent role.
- Interest in working with the elderly, with transferable skills.
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.10.
- Contracted hours between [insert hours] per week.
- Overtime available at time and a third.
- Pension scheme.
- 5.6 weeks annual leave.
- Uniform provided.
- PVG paid.
