Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and charismatic individual to lead our content creation and live streaming efforts, focusing on engaging with our vast community and showcasing the excitement of our upcoming MMORPG, Soulbound.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Content Planning: Develop and schedule engaging content for streams, ensuring a minimum of 3-5 streams per week, each lasting 1-2 hours.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality short-form and long-form media from your streams, including editing and repurposing video content.
  • Script Writing: Write scripts for streams, outlining key themes and engaging the community through interactive discussions.
  • Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with our community, working closely with the game design team to develop strategies that encourage audience participation and retention.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute large-scale events, such as the upcoming Halloween event, incorporating content schedules and community engagement plans.
  • Gameplay Demonstrations: Showcase new gameplay features through screenshots and video captures, highlighting their benefits to our players.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Portfolio of Work: A robust portfolio showcasing your content creation and live streaming talent.
  • Experience: Proven experience in content creation and live streaming, either for personal accounts or clients in relevant fields.
  • Gaming Passion: A genuine passion for gaming, although prior experience is not mandatory.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in video editing software, captioning, and animation, with familiarity with Twitch, OBS, stream overlays, and Twitch Bots.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a personable and engaging presence.
  • Creativity: Ability to generate innovative content ideas and adapt to emerging trends.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively within a creative and development team.
  • Audience Engagement: Understanding of how to build and maintain a loyal viewer base.
  • Industry Awareness: Knowledge of content strategies, viewer engagement techniques, and industry standards.
