Nurse Specialist Job Description

MCG Healthcare seeks a dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to fill a key role within our team. This position involves working in various healthcare settings, providing top-notch patient care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop personalized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to hospital policies and professional standards.
  3. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on disease management, treatment options, and self-care strategies to promote informed decision-making.
  4. Participate in ward rounds, contribute to interdisciplinary discussions, and share knowledge to enhance patient care.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Valid NMC registration and current practice experience.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation: The annual salary for this position is £31,500 - £41,500, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
