Senior Mental Health Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to lead our team of Clinical Support Workers. This is an exciting opportunity to provide specialist mental health advice, care, and treatment to patients in the acute hospital setting.
The successful candidate will have experience in nursing care, knowledge, and expertise relevant to the clinical area within NHS or relevant healthcare organisations. This role requires a strong background in mental health nursing, with a focus on leadership and management. The ideal candidate will have a degree-level qualification relevant to the role and hold active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). They will also be able to demonstrate the required level of professional knowledge and skills at a specialist level.
