North Kerrier Primary Care Network is seeking a highly motivated Pharmacy Technician to support the improvement of prescribing practices and patient outcomes. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive the best possible care.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with healthcare professionals to improve medication management and patient safety.

The salary for this position is up to £30,639, dependent on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support the improvement of prescribing practices and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve medication management and patient safety.
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a patient-facing role.
  • Provide specialist expertise to address public health and social care needs of patients.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  • Registered with the GPhC.
  • Enrolled in, undertaking or qualified from an approved training pathway.
  • BTEC/NVQ level 3 or equivalent in pharmaceutical sciences.
  • Computer literate with an ability to use Microsoft office packages.
