Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our medical team at Camborne & Redruth Community Hospital. As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will work alongside our GPs & ACPs assessing & managing patients presenting to our Same Day Emergency Care unit (SDEC) and those who have been admitted to Cornwall's Virtual Ward.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for history-taking, examination, requesting investigations, and creating an appropriate safe medical management plan for patients presenting to the services above. You will also participate in ward rounds & MDTs for learning & service provision.

Requirements
- Current first level professional registration - RN Adult
- Recognised teaching or mentorship qualification equivalent to level 3
- Independent Non-Medical Prescriber Qualification & registration with NMC
- Masters in Advanced Nurse Practitioner / or a verified portfolio of evidence or working towards
