About the Role:
The West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust has a vacancy for a part-time permanent Band 6 occupational therapist to work in a multidisciplinary team across different sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting patients transitioning from an acute environment who require additional assessment prior to discharge. The role may also involve working in Community Assessment Beds settings, providing reablement and discharge planning support.

About You:
We are seeking an experienced occupational therapist with a BSc or MSc in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration. You should have extensive experience as a qualified therapist, with documented evidence of Clinical Professional Development (CPD) and previous experience in the NHS UK health and social care system.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and develop treatment plans for patients
* Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team
* Provide reablement and discharge planning support

Salary: £43,141 - £72,839 per annum pro rata depending on experience.
