Casino Surveillance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Casino Surveillance Officer to join our team at Les Ambassadeurs Club in Mayfair, London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our gaming operations, maintaining a well-developed compliance culture, and upholding our best-in-class standards.
The role involves a range of responsibilities, including:
Main Responsibilities- Game Integrity and Table Gaming Auditing: Conduct thorough audits of table gaming operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Premise Security and Asset Protection: Oversee the security of our premises and assets, ensuring the safety of our customers and staff.
- Cash Desk Oversight and Count Auditing: Monitor cash desk operations and conduct audits to ensure accurate counting and reporting.
- Analytical Reporting of Players and Table Gaming: Provide detailed analytical reports on player activity and table gaming trends.
- Liaising with Management in Dispute Resolution: Work closely with management to resolve disputes and ensure fair outcomes.
- Submitting Clear and Concise Incident and Game Protection Reports: Prepare and submit reports on incidents and game protection issues.
- Maintenance of Security Systems: Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of our security systems.
- Detailed Investigations and Investigation Reporting: Conduct thorough investigations and prepare detailed reports on game protection issues.
- Customer Due Diligence Screening: Conduct thorough screening of customers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have:
Requirements- Proven Experience as a Casino Surveillance Officer: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Personal License issued by the UK Gambling Commission: A valid Personal License issued by the UK Gambling Commission.
- Evidence of Successfully Dealing with Incidents and Investigations: A proven track record of successfully dealing with incidents and investigations.
- Exceptional Knowledge of All Casino Games and of Game Protection Issues: In-depth knowledge of all casino games and game protection issues.
- Analytical Abilities and the Ability to Innovate and Provide Solutions for the Business: Strong analytical skills and the ability to innovate and provide solutions for the business.
- Flexibility and the Willingness to Work According to Business Needs: A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with a willingness to work according to business needs.
- A Positive and Self-Motivated Attitude to Work and Willingness to Learn: A positive and self-motivated attitude to work, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
The successful candidate will be required to work various shifts and combinations of shifts, averaging 42 hours per week.
