Office Angels is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Export Documentation Administrator to join our team in Egham, Surrey. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for creating and submitting export documentation, including ATA carnets and certificates of origin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • Provide quotations to clients and work closely with the operations team to meet deadlines
  • Update the Carnet log sheet and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email
  • Perform general administration tasks and contribute to a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
